This stunning, privately owned converted 17th century country house hotel is currently recruiting
for a talented Chef de Partie to aid the Head Chef and Sous Chef. The hotel is well known for extensive use of all the excellent local produce used in there 2 rosette awarded restaurant.
The Head chef is looking for a Chef de Partie ideally from a rosette background, who is very up to
date on to modern techniques and presentation style.
As chef de Partie, you will work with the Sous chef and support in the responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. You will have input in menus, help train junior chefs, take part in ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene health and safety guidelines.

Working 5 days out of 7 including weekends
Must have 2 years experiance as Chef de Partie
£20,000 - 21,000 plus tips depending on experience
Accommodation can be provided short term.
Meal provided while on duty.
