Working with a brigade of 5 chefs under an extremely talented Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to work on all sections and support the Head and Sous chef in the daily running of the kitchen. Ideal candidates will have experience of quality fresh food dining with a minimum of 1 years experience as Chef de Partie, Will be passionate about the best seasonal ingredients and have a high level cooking ability.
