Our Client is looking for a Development Chef de Partie to join their team preparing Sous Vide and high quality pastry and bake products for the Food Service and Retail marketplace.
What they are looking for...
A hands-on Chef to assist with the preparation of samples and new development recipes for their bespoke clients.
This is a full time, temp position.
- Manage and deliver a consistently high quality product for their customers
- assist in the preparation of samples and new development recipes
- Adhere to H&S Guidlines
- To support the senior development chef with presentations, both internally and to clients.
- To assist as required with factory trials and process development
The right candidate will...
Be organised and have good communication skills
Have a minimum of 5 years experience working with fresh, natural ingredients.
