Our Client is looking for a senior CDP/Junior Sous Chef to join their team and to act as number two to their Head Chef.
What they are looking for...
A Strong Senior CDP/Junior Sous Chef with experience working with fresh food.
This is a full time permanent position.
The venue will be re opening on 11th May after a full refurbishment and will be offering freshly prepared pub food to a 1-2 Rosette standard.
The pub will be open 6 days a week from Tuesday evening to Sunday Lunch.

- Run the kitchen alongside the head chef

Be organised and have good communication skills
Be skilled at preparing high quality fresh dishes
Be passionate about delivering high quality food
Must have a proven track record in producing fresh food
