Our Client is currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their hard working and dedicated team.
They pride themselves on their exquisite dining experience. Many of the ingredients used in their menus are of local origin, with the accent on free range wholefoods and natural flavours.
With 21 bedrooms and a 60 cover traditional English restaurant that has a busy lunch trade, you will need to be hard working and up for a challenge in this Michelin Guide rated hotel.
You must have:
A solid 6 years experience in kitchens
A knowledge of ordering, budgets and costings
Be able to assist in the daily running of a busy hotel and restaurant kitchen.
