Our client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join there freehold canal side pub, producing high quality homemade pub classics using local fresh produce.
In this small kitchen team you must be very hands on and capable of running all sections of the kitchen, be a very reliable team player with ambition and passion for food.
You must have at least 3 years experience with in fresh food kitchens
