Our client is looking for a skilled sous chef to join their team. In a 50 seat country restaurant that is an established fine dining destination. It has a modern British menu with classic French influences.
You must have:
A minimum of 2 years experience as a sous chef.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to run a kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
Classic training as all dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients
Be up to date on current food trends
An extensive knowledge of local and seasonal produce
Own transport is essential due to location
