Our client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their team.
You will help prepare Great British pub-food, Modern classics made with carefully sourced ingredients.
You will work alongside the head chef in controlling the day to day running of the kitchen in this fresh food Gastro pub. You will have input in creating daily specials and seasonal menus using locally sourced produce.
You must have 1 years experience at Sous Chef level to guide this team of 6.
This establishment is open full days Thursday - Saturday and Half days Sunday - Wednesday.
Salary Negotiable dependent on experience
