This is a great opportunity for a trainee chef to gain extensive knowledge from a two Michellin Star trained Head Chef.
What they are looking for...
Trainee Chef/ Commis Chef
Willing to go to college or do in house training.
Very good Career prospects/full training will be provided to aid progression.
Must be able to work split shifts & weekends.
Have an eye for presentation, good at working on own and as part of a team.
Will work alongside head chef and sous chef.
Busy hotel, restaurant, weddings, parties & conferences.
Salary dependant on experience and competency.
Transport essential due to location of hotel.
